These of Use “Terms” form a legally binding agreement between you “Customer”, “User”, “you” and KareBookx. By accessing our website, WhatsApp Business, social-media pages, or any service, you agree to follow these Terms.

Use of Our Website and Services

Our Terms govern your use of www.karebookx.com, our WhatsApp Business API, and all related platforms (collectively “Platform”).
By using the Platform or booking a service, you accept these Terms in full.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Eligibility

You confirm that you are 18 years or older and legally competent to enter into this agreement.
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the laws of India.

Our Services

KareBookx provides a professional at-home salon and beauty experience through trained female beauticians.
We act as a platform that allows customers to book, schedule and pay for services at home.
All services are rendered by trained professionals engaged or empanelled by KareBookx.
While we ensure training, hygiene, and quality, the beautician performing the service remains an independent professional during the appointment.

Bookings and Payments

Bookings may be made via our website, WhatsApp, or customer-care team.
You must ensure your contact details, location and time are correct.
Payment can be made through UPI, Wallets, Cards or Cash (as available).
Advance payments may be required for some services or packages.
All prices are inclusive of applicable GST / taxes.
KareBookx reserves the right to update prices or offers without prior notice.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation ≥ 4 hours before slot → Full refund / free reschedule.
Cancellation < 4 hours before slot → 50 % charge may apply.
Beautician in-transit / arrived → No refund.
In unavoidable cases (illness, traffic, weather), KareBookx may reschedule the appointment.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment mode.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide a clean, safe and well-lit space for service.
Keep pets / children away for safety.
Inform the beautician about allergies or skin conditions.
Treat staff with dignity; any misconduct or harassment will lead to immediate termination of service and possible legal action.

Hygiene and Safety

Beauticians follow strict hygiene protocols — disposables, sanitised kits and protective gear.
KareBookx maintains safety standards in line with government health guidelines.
Clients may request new disposables / tools before service begins.

Offers, Coupons and Credits

Promotional offers / discounts are time-bound and non-transferable.
Coupons and credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
KareBookx may modify or withdraw offers at any time without notice.
Referral or wallet credits expire after 12 months from issue.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos and visual designs on the KareBookx website and platforms belong to KareBookx.
No part of the content may be copied or used without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

While we maintain the highest standards of service and hygiene, KareBookx is not liable for
Skin / hair reactions due to undisclosed allergies.
Delays or service interruptions beyond our control (traffic, power outages etc.).
Minor variations in service time or results due to individual conditions.
Our liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Privacy and Data Protection

We collect personal data (name, phone, address) to confirm and deliver bookings.
Data is stored securely and never shared with third parties except as required by law.

Changes to Terms

KareBookx may update these Terms periodically to reflect business or legal changes. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
