At KareBookx – The Home Salon, we value your time, trust, and comfort. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures fair and transparent service for all customers while respecting the time and effort of our trained beauticians.

Appointment Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment easily via WhatsApp, phone, or our website.
4 hours before appointment: Full refund or free reschedule.
2–4 hours before appointment: 50% cancellation fee may apply.
Less than 2 hours / beautician in transit: No refund (beautician fees already incurred).
No-show without notice: Treated as completed service; no refund applicable.
If KareBookx cancels the booking (due to staff emergency, weather, or technical issue), we offer full refund or priority reschedule — as per your choice.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment mode (UPI / wallet / bank).
For cash payments, refund will be issued via UPI or KareBookx Wallet.
Any service paid partially in advance will be adjusted accordingly.

Rescheduling Policy

You can reschedule an appointment once for free if requested at least 4 hours in advance.
After that, a minimal slot adjustment fee may apply.

Offers & Promotional Packages

Offers, festival deals, and combo packages are non-refundable once booked.
Rescheduling may be allowed only within the offer period (subject to availability).
Coupons, credits, or wallet balances cannot be exchanged for cash.

Service Quality and Compensation

We aim for complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service:
Report the issue within 12 hours of completion.
Our team will review and may offer a partial refund, redo, or credit as applicable.
Refund decisions depend on service logs, beautician feedback, and photographic evidence (if required).

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued if:
Customer provides incomplete or wrong address.
Service cannot be performed due to space, lighting, or privacy issues.
Customer refuses service after beautician arrival.
Allergic reactions occur due to undisclosed skin conditions.
